Newark Catholic High School Transcript Request
NCHS alumni may request to have their transcripts mailed to a college or other organization in one of two ways:
- Stop into the school office and see Julie Snider. You must pay $5 at the time of the request. You need to know the name and address of where the transcript is to be sent.
- Or, fill out the convenient online form below. Your request will be processed after you have completed a transaction on PayPal (with either your PayPal account or your credit card) for $5.
